The fresh environment of this house is enhaced with two System Air MVHR units with ductwork being able to be routed via the floor depth through Glulam Beams and Eco floor joists. All duct routes were coordinated before the beams and joists were erected.

The controls are from the Heatmiser range with integral air sensors and floor sensors to protect the floor surface for limit the floor temperature where the floor is stone or tiled.
The water services were softened and boosted. The client had a contact at Cullinghams who provided the equipment including general purpose filtration, water softening and carbon filtration for the drinking water supplier.
The kitchen equipment is special as the client enjoyed cooking and is comparable with a boutique restaurant cooking facility.
