Concert Artiste’s Association

Members include ventriloquists, dancers, magicians and singers and it is this unique atmosphere that BVDS Architects  aimed to capture in its refurbishment. A bygone era preserved whilst adapting to modern needs.

Features Include:

An efficient gas fired boiler that provides low temperature hot water (LTHW) for heating to the radiators throughtout the building through a rerouted heating pipework.
Daikin Fan Coil Units provide cooling to the building via an existing refrigerant pipework that has been rerouted.
A new Systemair ventilation system has been installed in the bar area and in wet rooms the air is extracted by new extract fan units providing a fresh environment.

Additional Information:
The water services are boosted by a new cold water booster set.
