A primary boiler plant delivers low temperature heating water (LTHW) to the plate heat exchanger of the apartments. The apartment heating system is connected to the secondary side of the HIU plate heat exchanger. Cooled air to each room provided from the FCU to a supply air diffuser via dedicated ductwork with attenuation.

Water treatment provided to control the pseudomonas bacteria levels of the mains water used to make-up the
evaporation and leakage water losses from the LTHW system.
