Liberty of London

The architects and Heritage consultants Stephen Levrant Heritage architecture, refurbished and extended this modern hair salon within the fourth floor of the iconic department store Liberty of London.
The department store was built 1922-1924 by Edwin T. Hall and E. Stanley Hall, with bridge connecting to Regent Street store added in 1925, further bridge added 1974 by William Holford and Partners and other minor late C20 alterations. Tudor Arts and Crafts style, reusing timber from the breaking up of two early C19 “men of war” sailing ships, HMS Hindustan and HMS Impregnable.

Outstanding refurbished office block in a listed building in the Kensington Chelsea area.

The architects Orfali & Orfali refurbished this small commercial property that comprises of 4 levels and is sited adjacent an over-ground section of a London Underground line.

CAA

The Concert Artistes’ Association, a private members club for entertainment professionals in Covent Garden, has had an extensive upgrade to their home of 50 years. The building and the club is unique; it is one of the last remaining privately owned buildings in the area and one of the last surviving clubs of its kind with an archive of old ‘variety’ era posters.
